Banana Pudding

Banana Pudding
Guaranteed to satisfy you and your family if you love banana pudding.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar (141 grams)
- ⅓ cup flour (46 grams)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 12 ounce package vanilla wafers
Instructions
- Combine sugar, flour, and salt in a saucepan.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Stir in the milk and cook over low heat stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat when mixture thickens and continue to stir.
- Cool slightly.
- Add in the butter and vanilla. Layer pudding with the bananas and wafers. Keep refrigerated.
